- 1 roasting chicken
- 4 large carrots
- 4 yukon gold potatoes
- 2 leeks
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 ears corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
directions
- Add chopped leeks and bay leaves to 2-3 inches of water and boil while you chop and debone your chicken.
- Add the carrotts and potatoes and broth to the pot and boil.
- Strip chicken from the bones and add to pot.
- Chop sweet potato and remove corn from the cobb and add to pot.
- Boil until veggies are done.
- serve!
