  • Spray skillet with non-stick pan spray. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder and anything else you like to use. Saute chicken breasts until nicely browned. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  • Dump remaining ingredients into skillet and stir to combine well.
  • Cover and heat through, stirring often. Return chicken to pan and let them get coated with the sauce. Heat a few more minutes.
  • Serve chicken breast with a cup of the corn, bean mixture over top. You could serve this with rice or pasta if desired.
