- 3 onions
- 4 apples
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- paprika, to taste
directions
- Peel and core apples.
- Slice thinly.
- Peel and thinly slice onions.
- In crockpot or 3 quart casserole dish, mix onions and apples with curry powder and salt.
- Lay chicken pieces on onion and apple mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cook in crockpot on high for 6 hours or bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
