    (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 3
    tablespoons milk
  • 12
    cup cashews, broken into bits
  • 12
    cup chow mein noodles

DIRECTIONS

  • Melt butter into a large oven-safe skillet. Add onion and celery and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients except for cashews and chow mein noodles. Sprinkle nuts and noodles on top.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Note: You can use turkey or any other type of leftover meat.
