DIRECTIONS

  • In a medium bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, coarse salt, ground pepper and sugar or sugar substitute. Add grape tomatoes cut in half, red onion and parsley.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Serve cold.
