Cheesy Tuna Noodles

- 2 1⁄2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile place onion in a greased microwavable dish; 11x7x2 - dot with butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute, stir. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer, stirring every 30 seconds. In a bowl, combine soup and milk; stir in tuna and cheeses; pour over onion. Drain noodles; add to tuna mixture and mix well. Cover and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
