I pretty much followed the recipe other than I had a container of pre-chopped green, yellow, and red peppers. This is my favorite quiche recipe ever!

I made this over the weekend for my parents, who were completely worn out from keeping my 4 month old nephew for the night! We all loved it! Preparation was simple and it tasted wonderful! Paired with a cup of mushroom soup and some fresh pineapple chunks, it was the perfect Sunday brunch!
