1 cheesy bacon meatloaf

ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 6 slices fully cooked bacon
directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients except bacon.
- Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with bacon.
- Bake 1 hour or until done (160°F). Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan and slicing to serve.
