- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 15 Ritz crackers
directions
- Chop artichokes.
- Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz Crackers. Spread in shallow oven safe dish (I use an 8x12 dish).
- Rough chop the Ritz Crackers (not crumbs) and spread on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot or room temperature with crackers.
