Cheese and Ham Chicken En Croute

"This is a quick simple chicken baked in puff pastry with a cheese and ham filling"

ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, de-boned
• 3 tablespoons cream cheese
• 4 slices cooked ham
• 250 g puff pastry, rolled flat

directions

1. place the chicken flat on the rolled out puff pastry.
2. Spread the cream cheese on top and then cover with the ham.
3. Wrap the pastry over it and bake on a moderate oven for about 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
