DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
