Cheesey Cauliflower Tater Tots

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 batch

ingredients

• 1 head cauliflower
• 1⁄8 cup water
• 1⁄3 cup cheese, grated fine
• 2 slices bacon, fried crumbled
• 4 eggs, whites whipped firm
• 1⁄8 cup onion, finely chopped

directions

1. steam cauliflower in micro wave for 5 minutes in water
2. cook bacon, crumble
3. saute onion in bacon grease.
4. beat egg whites stiff
5. grate cauliflower.
6. mix in yolks onion bacon
7. fold in whites
8. put into pam sprayed inside piping bag (or ziploc bag).
9. chill for 30 minutes
10. spray pam onto baking sheet
11. pipe into rounds
12. bake 20 minutes until browned at 375 degrees.
