  • Cook Spinach and Swiss Chard until wiltes.
  • Cool and squeeze out liquid.
  • Chop each bunch and put in refrig. Can be done the day before.
  • Chop green onion.
  • In bowl add 4 beaten eggs, crumbled feta, cottage cheese (drain any liquid from cottage cheese), salt & pepper.
  • Add all greens & mix.
  • Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
