  1. This is really good and really refreshing. I left out the rum, but it was great even without it!

  3. We enjoyed this shake on a hot afternoon and it was very refreshing. I didnt find pineapple sherbet so I used orange/raspberry/lime blend and ready made orange banana juice. Added 2 tablespoons of rum extract but think we would have liked a splash or two of a flavored rum. Thanks sweetie, another winner for us! 4. Made this as a drink non-alcoholic shake, & (in my estimation, only, of course) it still didn't lack for great taste! Of course, that took the 'Caribbean' out of it, but still very, very delicious & worth making again! [Tagged, made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hit Wonders cooking game]

  5. Naughty echo made this with non-low-fat Haagen Daaz vanilla ice cream. I couldn't find banana-orange juice concentrate so used regular orange juice concentrate and then just threw in half a banana. Delicious!
