Caribbean Fruit Shake (Lactose Free)

"I got a cheap recipe cd for my computer and this recipe was on it. It looks easy and should be great for those that are lactose intolerant because it will be a creamy shake, but contains no milk!"

  • 1 banana
  • 12 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice

  • Peel the banana and cut into a few pieces. Place the bananas to a blender. Add the pineapple and orange juices. Put a lid on the blender and blend for about 20 seconds and smooth.
  • Add the ice and blend for about 30 seconds and smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
