  • Peel pineapple and slice thinly.
  • On a baking tray place a sheet of non stick baking paper, sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  • Place pineapple slices onto the sugar and sprinkle top of slices with more sugar.
  • Place in an oven on low heat at 120°C/250°F and dry for about 45 minutes.
  • Let cool.
