Candied Pecans

"This is delicious and very sweet."

 

• Ready In: 5mins
• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 1/2 Cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup pecan halves
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar

directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Toss pecans with water, then brown sugar.
3. Place nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet; bake 5 to 8 minutes, until sugar is caramelized.
4. Slide parchment with nuts off pan to cool; set aside.

These are amazing!! I made them to go in a strawberry chicken salad, and I could not stop eating them while I was grilling the chicken! I used 2 cups of pecans (because I knew I would need extras to snack on) and baked them for about 12 minutes. Very simple and delicious. Thank you for posting!
