Cajun Creole Sauce
- Ready In:
- 1 lemon
- 3⁄4 cup chopped mushroom
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups chili sauce
- Peel lemon.
- Chop lemon pulp very fine and cut rind into thin strips.
- Put all ingredients in double boiler and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
