Bundt Cake Breakfast

- Ready In:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Butter bundt pan and set aside.
- Toss all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
- Spoon mixture into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes. When done baking, flip onto platter, cut, and serve.
The bundt breakfast tasted okay - it stuck horribly to the non-stick bundt pan, so much so that we couldn't clean it by soaking it in vinegar a couple times overnight, and then gently scrubbing with baking soda, and several ordinary washings. I don't want to lose a bundt pan each time I make family breakfast. :-(
I made this last week. I was a little nervous about the Bundt Pan, but it was delicious. I had to freeze half of it because there are just the two of us. It freezes well and I used the Grand Crescent Rolls because I miss read the label of the rolls. It didn't seem to matter. I am going to try this in a 9 x 13 pan next time to check out the results... Great recipa.
