- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces cayenne pepper sauce
directions
- Fry chicken until crispy 15 to 25 minute
- Melt butter add garlic & cayenne sauce Mix well and dip chicken. Serve with blue cheese.
- To make it medium add 8 oz cayenne
- Hot add an addition 8 oz cayenne & as much cayenne pepper powder & jalapeno peppers as you can handle.
