Bruschetta Brie Pasta

"So simple to make and packed full of flavor! If you love garlic and brie, this recipe is for you!"

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup fresh basil, chopped
• 1⁄2 - 1 cup olive oil
• 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 medium tomatoes, diced
• 1 lb brie cheese, cut in pieces

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 2 hours. Pour over hot pasta (angel hair, linguine, etc) and toss to coat. Enjoy!

Made this last night with the hubby, and we really really enjoyed it! My only thought was that I'd like to figure out how to warm up the oil mixture a bit before serving without melting the brie, I'll try that next time. Will definitely be making again! Thanks!
