This bread was delicious. I followed the recipe but needed to add 3/4 c flour during "knead 2" since it was too sticky. We'll definitely make this again.

This bread is indeed yummy and so easy to make. I put in half wholemeal and half white flour and and used canola oil instead of margarine or butter. Would make again.

I add a teaspoon of instant coffee and a teaspoon of cocoa. FANTASTIC!!!

Currently I am a stay at home mom of a 4 year old. I also sell gourmet seasonings, dip mixes & belgian choclates for a Canadian based company as an independant consultant.
