ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 lbs ground beef
- 3 -4 ounces blue cheese (or more)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 diced onion (yellow or white)
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms
- crumbled bacon (optional)
directions
- Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil until translucent.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Shape into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes -- (not less).
