ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup pitted black olives
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1⁄8 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 cup dried fig, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
directions
- Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse until blended to desired consistency.
- Serve at room temperature.

Ohhhh....Mikekey....this recipe is beyond 5 stars!!! I served it with warm french bread and with crostini. I am personally blaming you for the 2lbs. I gained by eating so much. This recipe was very simple and I was curious about the taste of the fig with the black olive and in my opinion, it was excellent.<br/>Congratulations on your Week 3 win in the 2012 Football Pool!!!!
