I can't believe how easy this was. I used a trick I saw on America's Test Kitchen. Spray a metal 1/4 cup measuring cup with non-stick spray; scoop some dough in the cup with a rubber spatula, then flip it out on the baking sheet for uniformly shaped drop biscuits. Works like a CHARM. Very tasty too. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for My3Chefs Nov '09.

Nice recipe. This was perfect for 2 of us. I tried ElaineAnn's tip, but it only worked for me on the first biscuit. I'm guessing that you might need to spray each time. This produced 5 (1/4 cup biscuits) that we really enjoyed. But since I dropped one on the floor - the dog enjoyed one too. Thanks for sharing. Made for Cooking Tag Mania.
