I made this recipe 2 weeks ago. Wonderful flavor and very moist. Made the recipe as is EXCEPT, I made individual meatloafs. I baked in jumbo cupcake tin. Before baking I added tomato soup on top and baked for about 30 minutes. This way I made 6 servings which was plenty for the two of us. Froze the leftovers and heated in microwave, still was moist and flavorful.

This was a good meatloaf and very easy to put together.... It still needed a little more flavor for us though.... We like our meatloaf with lots of flavor.... It was very simple to prepare.... Thanks so much.....

I made this for dinner tonight and we thought it was very good. I added about 1/3 cup of finely diced green pepper, just because we like it, and instead of bread crumbs I used Ritz cracker crumbs. We'll be having this one again.
