  • Preheat oven to 350 F or 180°C Grease 16X16 inch pan.
  • Beat butter and sugar in bowl.
  • Add flour, soda, powder and salt then mix.
  • Press into pan then bake for about 20 minutes. Cool, cut into square slabs and enjoy!

  1. great blondies got lots of raves!!! I put the eggs in one at a time after creaming the butter and sugar and then added the vanilla and i also added a teaspoon of butter extract. I baked in a 9X13 for about 40-45 min @ 350. Turned out wonderful
     
  2. These didn't work out for me. I only made half a batch as i thought 16x16 inch pan is huge it wouldn't even fit in my oven. Also the directions had ingredients missing. it didn't tell me when to put in the eggs, vanilla and butterscotch chips. thanks made for spring 09 pac.
