I made this soup for PAC Fall 2008 and it sure came in handy when it rained last week. It was DELISH!! We crushed some corn tortillas in it for a great crunch and garnished with sour cream and grated cheese. I opted to use the pacakged taco seasoning. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!!

I am a teacher with a lot of time on my hands this summer!! I have found so many easy and wonderful recipes on this site so I decided to add some of my favorites! My boyfriend proposed in December and one of my goals, before our wedding, is to be a better cook. I try different recipes all of the time, but am pretty short on cash, so I really try to use the ingredients I already have when I cook.
