DIRECTIONS

  • Melt butter in soup pot.
  • Saute onions.
  • Add whole grain mix, stir.
  • Add chicken broth, stir. Bring to a boil. Simmer 45 minutes.
  • Add mixed vegetables and chopped meat. Simmer 15 minutes.
