Maybe I can help... To fold burritos: lay uncooked tortilla flat add about 2-3 Tablespoons of cooked filling meat in a long strip, keeping filling a good inch or two from edges, if desired also add some cheese, onions, jalapeno slices & salsa. fold sides of tortilla over about 1-2 inches just covering edges of filling strip, take the edge closest to you & filling fold over filling. then keeping snug , roll tortilla into a burrito. The edges you folded in first should be tucked in now keeping the filling from falling out. Secure folded edge of burrito with a toothpick. Heat skillet with about 1/2 inch of oil to about "300" degrees not smoking! lay burrito gently in skillet toothpick side down, fry to golden brown, gently turn over and repeat. (I use 2 wooden spoons) drain on paper towels. Hope this helps!

Loved this recipe (my 6 year old did too!) I skipped dried corriander (only because I didn't have any on hand) and used 1/4 cup of pizza sauce that I had on hand in place of tomato puree. Added 1/2 cup of garden fresh diced zucchini. We made them up like tacos. I put all the sides into bowls on the table. Cilantro, avacado, sour cream, salsa, cheese, lettuce, black olives.

Yummy! These were delicious! I used 1/4 cup taco sauce instead of tomato puree, based on another review. I used 1.5 lbs ground beef, so I increased the seasonings a bit. I also accidentally forgot to put the onion in (oops!), but it was delicious even without it. After putting the burritos together, I baked them in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes. These were just great! My husband and his best friend both loved these as well. Thank you for posting, I will definitely make these again!

I love these! The first time I made them I used ground turkey instead of beef (ground turkey is cheaper for me to buy) and omitted the coriander and tomato puree because I didn't have them. They turned out so delicious that way that I make them like that every time. Someday I will have to try them exactly as the recipe says but until then I'm very satisfied with the way these turn out.
