Combine
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons yeast

Mix
- 3 1⁄2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1⁄3 cup cooking oil
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 cup dry milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cups white flour
- 4 cups wheat flour
directions
- Mix together all ingredients and add flour. Put into loaf pan and put in cold over. Turn oven on 350 degress for 1 min., then turn over off for 15 minutes. Turn oven back on 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes Let Cool.

This turned out surprisingly good, and was very fast and easy. It is very dense, I'm going to try letting it rise a little more next time but that may just be the way it's supposed to be. Two corrections within the recipe itself--first, it makes two loaves according to the serving size, so you need two loaf pans. Second, I greased the loaf pans because I can't imagine ungreased would work.
