Barbados Punch-A-Cream

- 3 eggs
- 175 g evaporated milk
- 325 g condensed milk
- 1 cup rum
- 1 piece oranges or 1 piece lime rind
- 1 teaspoon bitters
directions
- Beat eggs well with the rind.
- Remove rind.
- Add milk. Stir well.
- Add rum and bitters and mix thoroughly.
- Bottle.
- Chill and shake well before serving.
