• 1 banana
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt

directions

1. In a bowl, mash up banana. Then, add wheat germ and yogurt.
2. Mash all ingredients together and use.
3. Spoon to add to a muffin tin or cups.
4. Freeze for 4 hours.
