- Ready In:
- Microwave peanut butter till semi-liquidy.
- Dip banana slices in the peanut butter and coat with cereal.
- Refrigerate until peanut butter has thickened.

What a lovely recipe! I used the broken remnants of a bag of maple oat crunch cereal and the flavour worked beautifully with the banana and peanut butter. I presumed from the photo that you intended the cereal to be crushed rather than whole. This is a very adaptible recipe that I'll try lots of different ways! This would also be a good recipe for children to make themselves and experiment with their favourite coatings. Thanks!
