- 1 (300 ml) can egale brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or fat-free)
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup crisco canola oil or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup pplain yogurt
- 4 bananas, mashed (about 2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F Grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
- Beat sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and oil until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pace batter in prepared pan. Bake 18 minutes or untl a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool,.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
