ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1⁄2 lb ground Italian sausage
• 1 shallot
• 3 garlic cloves
• 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons ketchup

directions

1. Combine ingredients.
2. create 4 individual loaves.
3. combine vinegar and ketchup and spread over individual loaves.
