  1. This was very good baked stuffed shrimp...I used a entire roll of crackers and it was just right...Had this with a baked potato and salad...made for a very nice dinner...YUM !! I will keep this one around simple and tasty.
  2. I made this recipe exactly as written and it was good but there was something missing. IMO it was a little bland. It is definitely a keeper and I will make it again maybe with some tweaks, like Old Bay seasoning.
  3. DH and I loved this! I have saved it to make again when I have company.
  4. great stuffing recipe! I did not use as much butter as called for (I used 1/2 a stick) but ensured that the stuffing stayed moist by adding about a 1/2 cup of water. the parmesan adds a fantastic tanginess! this recipe was great!

Hmm... let's see.. Cooking is my passion... I'm retired now and able to cook and bake every day. I think the most helpful cookbook that I own would have to be The New Doubleday Cookbook. I just love kitchen gadgets and have many of them. Besides cooking I love to sing and belong to the Sweet Adeline's International. I get very annoyed at people who are LATE! I think it's just as easy to be late as it is to be on time. Well.. thanks to all of you at Zaar for all of your terrific recipes and ideas that bring my friends and family much joy and happiness. They get to try all of my new recipes.
