Baked Pineapple

"I made this up when I had half a pineapple can left after using some for my New Years ham."

• Ingredients: 2
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 8 pineapple rings
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar

directions

1. Place the slices of pineapple on a foil lined cookie sheet.
2. Sprinkle with the brown sugar.
3. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
