DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Grease 24 tins.
  • fry bacon 5 mins, set aside.
  • combine sweet corn, cheese, eggs, and sour cream. Add salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  • 'add 2/3 of the bacon.
  • Use a 10cm round cutter to cut pastry and line the tins.
  • spoon in corn filling and sprinkle rest of bacon on top.
  • Bake 20 -25 minutes Serve warm.
