1. Terrific...my kids who are extremely picky loved it. They even fought for seconds. This is a keeper.

 2. This was just okay for us. I think that maybe we're just "Peas 'n Butter" people. Thanks for posting this Chris. It's always good to try something new.

 3. What a delicious side dish for any meal! I served this with turkey tonight and some potatoes. I think this would be a great dish to serve company. Thanks Chris for sharing. Pam

 4. This was very simple to make. One thing I would add is I used fresh sugar snow peas and there is no frozen directions for cooking so I blanched them in boiling water for about 3 minutes. I will make this again for company!

 5. I made this for Christmas dinner and got rave reviews from my three children who hate peas! The prepared dish is very pleasing to the eye, and the different textures blend beautifully.

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
