  • Peel the avocados, remove the pit and cube the flesh.
  • Place in a bowl with lemon juice.
  • Grind the peanuts so you have small chunks.
  • Sprinkle the nuts and spices over the avocado and toss gently.
  • Garnish with chopped chives.
