Aunt Rose's Macaroni Salad

"This is a recipe my Aunt made up on the Farm . When I was little, I remember visiting her and hoping that she had this for lunch. A nice light salad"

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups macaroni, cooked
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 2 small sweet gherkins, diced
• 1 fresh tomato, diced
• 1⁄2 large carrot, diced
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1⁄2 large cucumber, diced
• 1⁄2 cup salad dressing
• 1 teaspoon sugar

directions

1. Mix all together.
2. Salt and pepper.
