ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) bags dried apricots
- 1 bag shredded coconut
- 1 orange
- 1 cup granulated sugar
directions
- Finely chop coconut in food processor.
- Finely chop apricots in food processor.
- Finely chop half of the orange peel in food processor.
- Combine chopped apricots, chopped orange peel and 1 cup sugar and mix in the food processor.
- Form into small 1 inch bricks and roll and coat all sides with the chopped coconut.
- Cover with saran wrap and store in the refrigerator.
