DIRECTIONS

  • Finely chop coconut in food processor.
  • Finely chop apricots in food processor.
  • Finely chop half of the orange peel in food processor.
  • Combine chopped apricots, chopped orange peel and 1 cup sugar and mix in the food processor.
  • Form into small 1 inch bricks and roll and coat all sides with the chopped coconut.
  • Cover with saran wrap and store in the refrigerator.
