ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 (16 ounce) package provolone cheese, cubed
- 1 (16 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb hard salami, cubed
- 1⁄2 lb pepperoni, cubed
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained (whole, pitted, ripe)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
directions
- Toss together all ingredients in a serving bowl.
- Cover and chill overnight.
