  • In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, parsley, and tomato, if using. In a small bowl, whisk together the Mayonaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, sour cream, and salt. Pour the dressing ove the salad and stir to combine. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve.
  • Store covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  2. I think this is a very tasty macaroni salad and it's quite quick and easy to put together. I did slice grape tomatoes in half and would highly recommend adding the tomatoes.

  1. Oh I just sent in a comment and forgot to add that I sometimes add 1/3 cup diced green pepper. Thanks again.
     
  2. I added a liberal dose of dried dill for extra flavor. Yum!
