  • Combine radishes and onions. Set aside.
  • Wrap allspice, cloves and mustard seeds in cheesecloth, and tie together. Place in saucepan with remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  • Pour over vegetables and steep 15 minutes.
  • Pour into a clean pint jar and let cool slightly.
  • Cap and refrigerate.

    This is great ~ reminds me of pickles my mom used to make. Tart yet sweet ~ really enjoyed these. These would be a great addition to the summer-time relish tray for cookouts ~ I think they'd be good on a burger too! Made for your FOOTBALL POOL CONFERENCE PLAYOFF WIN!

    Delicious! I made about 3 days ago and tonight had it with salad greens and Ranch dressing. Loved it and will be eating it from the jar! I'm glad I tagged this recipe! Thanks! Made for Newest Zaar tag.
