Very yummy! This is my first time trying some African food and it was so yummy. Most of the ingredients are my favourite, so I knew I was going to like the recipe even before I made it! I had to leave out the basil because the basil in the supermarket was wilted, so I used some dried basil. Thank you Tisme for a healthy change.

I have NEVER heard my oldest daughter (age 17) rave on and on about ANY salad...yet she loved this one from start to finish! And that's saying something because she doesn't even like couscous... (: The blend of flavors and textures in this salad should NOT be missed! I would leave off some of the "dressing" next time as it did over-power just a bit. But is was still very yummy.
