- 6 lbs country-style pork ribs, cut into serving pieces
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1 (27 ounce) jar Chinese duck sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
directions
- Place ribs in the bottom of your slow cooker; salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce and cornstarch.
- Blend in duck sauce and garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the ribs, making sure that each layer is well covered.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
