- 1⁄4 cup cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup blackberry
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- Splenda sugar substitute, to taste
directions
- Blend together in ingredients.
