3 Alarm Cheese Dip

"This is a very delicious and easy dip! From one of my church cookbooks. Serve with tortilla chips and/or fresh cut up vegetables."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 -2 lb hot monterey jack pepper cheese
• 1⁄4 cup pimiento
• 1⁄2 lb spinach

directions

1. Melt hot pepper jack cheese.
2. Add 1/2 to 3/4 c spinach, lightly steamed.
3. Add 1/4 c pimentos.
4. Stir ingredients together.
5. Serve hot.
